Neighborhood Health
Neighborhood Health is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Virginia and a Health Center Program awardee, funded in part by Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act. Its service delivery sites include Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and Annandale.
