Cornerstone Care is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania and a Health Center Program awardee, funded in part by Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act. Its service delivery sites include Greensboro, Mc Kees Rocks, Uniontown, Washington, and Waynesburg.
