Care for the Homeless
Care for the Homeless is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in New York and a Health Center Program awardee, funded in part by Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act. Its service delivery sites include Bronx, Brooklyn, New York, Jamaica, and Staten Island.
